Hey Mark that's not bad but I don't think I would be able to really make good use out of it under my Yukon. :D

It would bolt right up, but you'd have to switch your front gears to 4.10 as well. Probably overkill for a Yukon - more of a heavy tow vehicle part.

Lol that would give me nice strong axles but with the short wheel base I still woudn't be able to tow very much. :(

10% discount off of what #? Limited slip or gov-loc?

10% off final auction price. I believe it is limited slip, but can't be certain. How can one determine?

Mark,
With limited slip rear in good working order, when you turn one end of axle, the other should turn same way. With gov-lock, it will act like an open diff when just sitting there, and the ends will rotate oposite directions. If someone holds back the pinion shaft, you should be able to turn axle with gov-lock, but not with l.s. (The gov-lock needs some on-the-road action to lock up, with one tire spinning at a pre-set differential rpm from the other.)
If unsure, you can remove cover and see the fly-weight mechanism of the gov-lock, or the clutch pack of the l.s.
