I just returned from a trip to Cook Forest, PA pulling my 30' fifth wheel camper. I traveled mostly on interstate 80. When I got into PA, there were quite a few long hills on 80. Some of semis would get bogged down and had to turn on their flashers. I had my cruise set on 68 and I would drop to about 65 on the bigger hills. I was very pleased with the power. The water temp stayed on the line just under 210 all the way. The boost was 17 lbs on a hill. I got 12 1/2 MPG on the way over. The only thing that worries me is that the egts would easily hit 1200 and higher if I didn't back off on it on the hills. Are these egts normal pulling this load?
