1994 ecm ???

I have a question, of a 6.5l from a 4x4 1994 chevy truck with 4l80e

Does the electronic pump and the transmission different controllers (ecm ecu etc), I mean it is only one computer in one physical place or two totally diferent systems?

I have a complete engine with trans and transfercase, but no ecm or pcm and I really dont know what to do with it.

This parts seem to have been stolen during the shipping of the engine.

Is the db2 mechanical swap easy??

Than I cant control the 4l80e

I am starting to freak out

Perhaps find a '93 tranny controller and go mechanical.

One ECM controls everything. I'm not sure why you would expect to find it with the engine, though. It's under the glovebox in a GM vehicle. '94 was a bit of an odd ball. Later pumps are not compatible with the '94 program, although most have been updated by now.
