Adjusting Injection Pump Timing

How have folks been getting to the bolts on the electronic pumps? It looks like a lot needs to come off to get to them. Can it be done without removing the intake inlet (upper part of intake manifold)

Chevy makes a wrench that will get to the bolts without removing anything. It's a real marvel.

Buy a cheap 15 mm wrench and bend the last 2" or so of it to a 30 degree angle (give or take...)

I found one from Snap On for something like $30, but saw one recently for much less. It is an S shape.
