Gm-3 turbo question

I am wondering the capabilties of the GM-3 Turbo will it supply about 12-13 psi of Boost?

If my boost guage was reading correctly then my gm3 was producing up to 15# on long steep hills but I had an injector that leaked and ate a piston. Am going to switch to a gm8 that I acquired for the rebuild. Brian
