Which Pro-Link Cartridge for TDC Offset?

I have access to various Pro-Link scan tools and would like to know what cartridge I need to set timing on my truck. Anybody used a Pro-link successfully?

What benefit did the GM-8 turbo upgrade give you?

I really can't say I noticed any improvement but it doesn't leak oil like the old one did.
