Performance question

I've got a 1995 6.5 turbo 2500 4x4. I just put a new injector pump in it and I'm looking at increasing the performance via Heath chip and turbo master. Is it worth it?

Most definately... My truck(listed Below) when full of fuel according to a G-Tec was 18.7secs 0-60mph, after the chip and turbomaster set to 14psi achieved 11.1secs... Makes a world of difference pullong my 25ft 5th wheel. Mileage increased as well if drove nicely...even driving it harder, i only lost 1-2mpg in my everyday driving...

Well, I think I'll give it a shot then. It'a about as fast as molasses going uphill in January right now. Thanks Phil. How about the 4L80E transmission, mine is fine but it is stock, will the truck still perform good with the stock tranny? Thanks

This chip will alter shift patterns to better suit the torque curve of the 6.5L. You should notice that it will not downshift so quick.. just adds fuel and boost.

Now is a good time to drop the Transmission pan and filter then do a complete Trans. flush.
