BD Torque Loc

Can anyone tell me the difference between the BD Torque Loc and the Auto Loc? Its 2 different part numbers.

The AutoLoc works with an exhaust brake to lock the converter when the exhaust brake is active. It performs no function without an exhaust brake.

The TorqLoc incorporates the function of the AutoLoc but also adds the ability to manually command a converter lock-up any time you are above the set speed. It can be used with or without an exhaust brake.
