3500HD or not?

Sorry for dumb question but just checking a 3500 dually with the f code diesel is considered heavy duty? gotta get shocks and all ask about hd. door sticker indicates 10000 lb

the engine is the heavy duty L65 diesel

the truck is not an HD

the 3500HD is 15000#gvw with 10 lug hubs
