Was changing out the FSD this weekend and unfortunately mangaled the resisitor in the process. What is the best source for a replaceemnt one? Mods are listed below for reference. What started all this was I went out today and the truck ran about 50 ft and quit, not to restart. Popped my spare FSD on and the truck cranked right up. I suppose the stock resistor is OK but with the Heath chip I wonder if there is an advantage to a different one?

Go ahead and use the one from the spare, on the end is a number higher the number adds an incrimantal bump in fueel, 5 is mid range, I think Heath ships with a 7, but if a 5 is all you have it will work

That's the problem the spare (new from GM) didn't come with a resistor. No problem though I'll call Heath up today and get a replaceemnt. Thanks for the reply though.

On another note. Once I get this thing fixed anyone interested in a nice 4 door ton with new tires and paint? Just though I'd ask.
