DB2831-5436 IP goes in what engine?

Does anyone know what engine/vehicle a Stanadyne Mechanical Injection pump model DB2831-5436 will work in? Have a 94 6.5 TD and am looking to convert over to MFI. Have pump and am looking to exchange for a DB2-4911.

Hi Brent,
The DB2831-5436 is from a 1994 HD P&G van 170hp
It doesn't say if this engine is turboed but I suspect it is naturally aspirated (non turboed)

Any competent Stanadyne dealer can rebuild that pump to 4911 specs.
