no boost

No turbo boost on rebuilt 93 6.5td. 3 hours on motor. runs great but no boost. any ideas?

I'm suprised nobody replied to this yet.

I had to replace 1,) my vacum pump and 2,)the soliniod both where bad and is fairly typical.

No pump on 93. Check wastgate spring,should be able to move the rod with some force. Moves freely then the spring can is toast.
Does not move then something is stuck open alowing boost to bypass.
Check turbo,does it spin? Some side play normal.
Turbo should not touch housing.
