another injector question

I was told that bullydog was using old injector cores for there injectors. So does that mean that the dmax injectors can be rebuilt or retiped similar to a regular injector? Every one keeps talking about the high cost of replaceing the injectors with new ones. How hard and how much is it to have one rebuilt?
