WOW Holy Sausage maker! I thought the $22,000 fine for a guy "tailgating" on the Autoban was a stiff fine. In Germany they do the same fine according to your wealth. In Germany you can also be fined for "insult" making certain gestures to another driver. Those "insult" fines start at $500.
