Injectors - High pop VS Regular

Its time to replace injectors, pump and glow plug.i will be doing them all at one time but my question is, are the high pop injectors worth the extra money? Are all rebuilt injector pumps set to the same standerds or should i be looking for something spacific? JK is my supplier of choice as he has supplied me with eveything so far and have had no problems with quality or time to answer questions.

I used JK's high-pop Bosch injectors. After I was done, I noticed better mileage and MAYBE a little better response. The engine also sounds different. Maybe think about doing timing gears. When I had my pump done(warrenty :D ) I had them install phaser timing timing gears. The dealer did this for $120. I thought it worth the money and they also set my timing to the phaser specs.
