fuel line size

Is the rubber line before the filter assembly 3/8 id? I'm putting in a donaldson water separator if I can find space on the firewall to mount it. Thanks in advance.

On my '95, tubing/hose from tank to filter assy is 3/8". From filter to FIP, is 1/4".
Return from FIP/injector return-manifold to tank(at rear block) is 5/16". Helm manual suggests use expensive, 'fluoroelastomer lined' [SAE J30R9] hose in fuel system. I did only in engine compartment, elsewhere used regular cheap SAE J30 R7.
