Been a while since I've been around these parts but ol big green has been serving me well.... well until now.

Fuel leak from the FFM. Yes I know I could update it and do a lot of other things however with hay season right around the corner and horses that need to be transported I need to get this fixed ASAP.

I haven't pulled the FFM apart however I understand the heater in the bottom is o-ringed.

Anyone have a source for said orings, or size/spec's to buy local?

If downtime is a factor, be sure to have an entire replacement assembly (OEM, or of any flavor) on hand before grabbing a wrench. When the FFM leaks, it's usually fatal, either failed potting or housing crack. Time-wise, an OEM replacement would be the quickest and simplest, having no consideration for accommodating a foreign agent into the system. If your leaking FFM is original, praise its quality for lasting this long. Its 30th birthday is mere months away.

Maverick is spot on.

These units have a bad habit of leaking internally through the heater unit and the fuel leaks out around the wire in the bottom.

Be sure it is not just the drain hose down there.....Just get a fresh fuel manager and while its out replace the water drain line that goes through the valley and to the font of the engine....

Good luck
