Weird 6.5 4 bolt coolant crossover? Wtf?

So I picked up this 6.5 4 bolt thermostat housing coolant cross over. Has anyone seen one of these before? I can not find much info on google about it. Would t it be better then the 2 bolt?

That is what I was thinking.

If there is a part number on the thing....toss it in a search engine and see what shakes out.

I snooped about and found nothing.
