What was the last year, that GM offered the 6.5L in pickups or Suburbans?

I think 99 for Pickup, Tahoe, Yukon & Suburban. 2001 for 3500HD & Workhorse Chassis. 2001 for H1 and I think it's still used in the AM General HMMWV.

2000 for trucks, 99 for suburbans and I think 99 for Yukon’s and 02 for vans
