ODB II Code P1656 driver 2 line 6 error

Can someone please tell me what this is and how to fix it. I looked up the issue and all i find is the exact code and no description of the error or how to fix it.
It start every time runs smother but engine light pops on 10 sec after start, check code same every time.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Wastegate solenoid. Check vacuum pump operation and line conditions, as well as the electrical connection and harness to the solenoid. At idle, the vacuum pump should show a steady minimum of 22" hg (at the pump, and at the vacuum inlet line at the solenoid), and you should see 15" hg at the wastegate actuator (the PCM modulates the solenoid).
