Ground Locations LB7

I bought an 04 Duramax that was in pieces and I have it all back together but I am not sure were a ground wire goes. It is right by the 2 large bail connectors and baro sensor on the driver's side. Anyone have any idea where it goes? I have attached a picture below.

Are you SURE that's a ground? What's at the other end? Other connections in the area (non-ground) are the intake heater relay, GP controller/relay, and "jump" terminal (Batt+ crossover).
