With Delvac running $24 a gallon and a $12/gallon rebate (limit 5) we stocked up and used multiple family members to take advantage of the rebates.

I bought two 5 gallon buckets of the Delvac 1300 last time they had the sale. Got $50 back. Autozone had it for $65/5 gal online order, with a $25/5 gal rebate it brought the price to $40/5 gal bucket. That's only $8/gal, quite a deal these days. Bucket pumps are under $30.
