I have searched the forum and found many posts on vibration but can seem to locate anything on what my truck is doing, I had p02563 so I thought I would replace the turbo as per pip4629a, the first updated turbo ha a p0299 and was noisy so I took it back to the dealer and got a hard time but they exchanged it, the second one had a vibration also and a drone so bad it hurt my right ear. I know it didn't do that before the turbo replacement so I pulled it off split the case of the original one and free up the unison ring all to find out it still has the same problem. I think I have a exhaust alignment problem, its not grounding out any place but I can feel the vibration all the way through the truck and hear it. I would like to try to align it. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you, Mike

It is possible that you have a bad motor or transmission mount. They can cause the symptoms you described.

Good luck

Not sure on the noise, but I will say that the vast majority or the OE turbos are just fine and only need a good cleaning of the pilot that the Unison ring rides on. Seems many of the "rebuilt" units are of questionable quality and worse than the originals. Not the first time I have heard this.

Check the exhaust downpipe looking for some frame/cowl contact. If your truck has an aftermarket downpipe, you'll need to check fit. Some aren't bent correctly.
