How do I replace my drain cock ? It will twist to drain but it won't come out do I need to get a little rough With it ?

Never had to change one myself. Had a couple I ran a wire in them because of sediment build up.

Vato zone has one listed but I can't get the old one out don't want to destroy the rad

IIRC- Some of them were soldered in place. If it is a copper tank it probably is soldered.
The plastic tanks had a steel insert that would get corroded over time and then you would wreck the tank getting it out. They may have changed that.
I have only ever replaced one and that was due to corrosion getting so intense that it could be cleaned out. As said above...most of the time they just get cleaned out.

Somebody not me this time has twisted the head off I can twist it with vice grips I'm flushing the system now so I guess I'll just leave it alone

I think Summit sells a lower radiator hose drain coupling. faster and easier to get at. A good idea if you plan on flushing the system more often than most people(never;))
