I've got the transfer case together but I have A question the case is in nutral now if I reinstall now will the motor find where it needs to be or do I need to take the motor off and re clock it ?

I’m not quite clear on what you’re asking - which motor?
[edit] Ok, just saw the “electric shift transfer case” in your sig. The motor to engage the transfer case? With the transfer case in neutral, you should align the engagement motor to the neutral position as well.

I've got it mounted now when I turn the key on the lights on the buttons flash the they go off no motor sound it was making a noise maybe I blew the fuse

I have no experience with the electronic shift - both of mine are manual.
