2 Cylinder Diesel swap

I want to put a 2 cyl diesel in my 94 k1500 with a 4l80e tranny.couldn't I gear it right so I could still get speed

What 2 cylinder diesel are you referring to, exactly?

I can't imagine a 2 cylinder diesel engine that would have enough rpm/torque/horsepower to effectively move a pickup down the highway. It would either be too small without enough power, or too large to not have a useful RPM band....
