questions about 1993 trucks

Howdy
My son is looking at a 1993 dually 6.5 with 153K on it.
Are there any issues with this year engine?
We would be taking care of the updated cooling stuff.
As a side note, if he gets different truck, the 1984 dually with ATS would be for sale....probably....maybe...:rolleyes:

That's actually one of the better 6.5L trucks.... last year of the mechanical injection pumps. No FSD/PMD's to worry about. No real issues with the actual engine, except for the usual pre-1997 cooling issues.

I bought the one in my signature in 2005 and have been driving it for the past ten years. The only issues have been ones of maintenance for a vehicle closing in on 200K - clutch, brakes, suspension parts, rust, wheel bearings and seals, etc - and crazy stuff the PO did to it.

All manual motor is the only way to go.... I love my 93 CC...
