turbo sounds like its pushing air and sounds like a fan when you get on it

my lly has began making this noise that sounds like the turbo is pushing air or it also sounds like a fan and you cant even hear the turbo spool up. when its idling it has a hiss coming out of the tail pipe. ive checked the egr block off, all the boots and clamps, back of the turbo clamp and cleaned the valve position sensor. i also have a pcv reroute on it and it is still making the same sound anyone have any ideas?

Do you have a boost gauge? That would be key to determining if there is a leak somewhere.
