6.5 turbo diesel max speed 25 mph

6.5 turbo diesel replaced head,injectors,glow plugs, idles fine won't run over 25 mph had a code of to much boost ...deleted it doesn't come back help! 2001 savanna 3500 van

Is the transmission shifting properly?
What is your RPM at 25mph?

trans. shifts fine when u give it throttle it acts like u pull a choke close on a gas engine no smoke either

sounds like its not getting enough fuel,.

I don;t know the van setups very well,. but you need to find the fuel pump (electric) and see if its working,..
