Truck not starting

Just replaced fuel pressure regulator truck ran fine now it won't start any ideas?

Probably better to post in the Duramax forum so you get relevant answers, but my questions would be whether you bled the air out of the lines after the replacement.

Loss of prime?

Bad regulator? Was it OEM Bosch?

Aside for that the first place to look is the last place you were messing. Recheck your work and all connections etc.
