boost psi question

Will 15 psi boost shorten the life of my engine and or head gaskets?

On an otherwise completely stock powertrain, simply, yes. Power-adders with no accommodation for higher combustion pressure and temperature will be worse. The stock turbo efficiency falls very sharply beyond 10-12 PSI, even with ideal "other" conditions. It just isn't designed for that.
