So i was changing out fuel filter on 2005 GMC c4500 6.6 turbo diesel and broke the black plastic bleeder screw. purchased new one to replace but the threads from old screw still stuck in the housing next to hand pump used to prime. how can i get that out? i have seen videos on how to replace o-rings and such on the housing, but cannot get the housing off. any videos or instructions on how to remove housing to retrieve broken screw?

If there's some length of threaded end in the housing, I'd be inclined to heat a screwdriver tip (lighter, butane torch, etc), then push it into the broken threaded plastic far enough to allow you to unscrew it.
