I have had good luck with both of the current types, Green and Orange.
I think both of them have pluses and minuses.

I think the most important aspect is make sure your coolant/anti-freeze is up to date, clean and functional. I think many times people will use the "extended run" anti-freeze and NEVER test it. IMHO...ALL of them need to be tested and rejuvenated on a regular basis.

So in answer to your question....I would use whatever is currently in your truck, just make sure it is tested and good-to-go.
