Head gaskets

Hi guys new to the page I just bought a 6.5 turbo diesel told the head gaskets were bad they were we fixed them. There was anti freeze in the oil and we were worried about the bearings and all that how can you tell if they are bad? We cranked it over and it was fine. I don't know much about them

As long as the oil pressure is good you are probably ok.

Only way to know for sure would be to drop the pan and check.

Yep, change the oil again after 500 miles, then at the next change send a sample off and see what it looks like and go from there...
