Picked up a new cap at NAPA and their computer indicates a 16lb cap. The current cap, and AllDataDIY indicates 15lb. Is this 1lb difference anything to worry about?

It probably doesn't matter. They aren't that accurate, and most I've tested were spread 4#, at best. If 16# causes an issue, so will 15#, IMO.
