Gears and speedo correct for bigger tires . . .

Just wondering if anyone has or knows of a good reference chart for gears/rpm's at speed that works for diesels, most I've seen seem to be for gassers.

Also, how easy/hard is it to correct the speedo for bigger tires? I think mine came with 28"ers and I'm at 31's going to 33's. Want speedo to be correct for calculating mileage. Thx Mike
