I've done so many upgrades to my truck that a triple guage set it now a necessity. Unfortunately for me, those upgrades REALLY lightened my wallet so I thought I'd ask here before I take more drastic measures.

I need a 3-guage pillar mount set for my 98 K3500 6.5L TD. The standard - boost, trans, EGT. Face color doesn't matter, but if it's possible it would great to have a grey pillar.

Please let me know if you have one you're willing to part with at a reasonable price.

Thanks everyone!
Chris

Take a look at the scan gauge. It has at least two of the gauge functions that you listed and MANY others. Install is simple...just plug it into the OBDII.
When I got my pillar set, they offered two different ones. a partial(what I got) was about $65. I think I got it from Kennedy. The full pillar was about twice the cost. This about 10 years ago...

An automotive paint store can custom mix colors, and match it to a dash piece you take in to them to scan. They even put the paint in a spray can. I've done lots of dash/interior parts this way.

Ditto. I ordered a dual gauge/pillar combo from Kennedy Diesel and then had O'reilly Auto mix up some matching interior paint. Looks great. That was quite a few years ago.

Thanks everyone, but Kennedy doesn't have what I'm looking for. I didn't see the Scan gauge that Dvldog8793 mentioned. They also only have dual pillar mounts for my year of truck. The triples that they offer are for 80s-94 and 99+ years.

So the hunt is still on. Preferably somebody with a used but decent set will see this thread and reply. If not, I'll be forced to go new, but I'm really not thrilled about having to spend the roughly $250.

Here are some quick links to check out...I did a search on ebay for "pillar gauge" and then narrowed it from there.

I am also at the point where gauges would make sense and I have been looking. I doubt you will find any used ones. A diesel owner would probably not sell theirs if they still worked. I know you do not like the price tag of a new set. I do not either. I plan to buy the holder and add gauges one at a time. Here is what I came up with as the best price for buying new. If you can find a better deal, then please let me know.

Triple Holder $78.

LMC truck has the gauge pod and the interior paint. It's where I got mine.
