1996 6.5 T.Diesel Vacum issue

Hello, i am having trouble on 1996 6.5 Turbo Diesel Tahoe w/stock turbo, i am getting 22vac out from pump, w/actuator on turbo not working, , on the three solenoids on driver valve cover, i can switch the front to rear and rear to front, then i get 15" to turbo actuator, is there something i can check, or are these the same solenoids, they do have different part numbers, thanks, mike91

If you have 2 solenoids, then one is the EGR and one is the wastegate controller.

You should have 26 inches steady at the pump, and about 15 at the waste gate actuator.

If the waste gate actuator is not holding then there is an issue with the actuator.

If you're vacuum is not steady, then the pump is shot (needle wobbling up and down)

Any codes (SES LIGHT)??

What sort of trouble are you having ????
Is this a 1500 series truck ???
