Any person who has had a single plane J manifold the ports matched to the gaskets and head, then Extruded Honed?

Howdy
I gasket matched my manifold, no extrude hone.
I installed the manifold and long tube headers at the same time so I don't have a good reference for power increase of one or the other.
The combination is was a great seat-of-the pants increase. Marginally low end but much more in the 1500-2000rpm range.
Next is a cross over tube....just got to figure out where to put it....
Hope this helps...
Dvldog8793,
Which brand of long tube headers?
On what vehicle?
Thank You
Joseph

Stan's headers. On my M1009 blazer
Wonder if i could add headers to my 6.2 w/ Banks Sidewinder Turbo, anybody done/seen this? Getting a J-intake too.

Headers are absolutely useless with a turbo, from a performance standpoint compared to cast manifolds. The J code intake may be beneficial, though.
