The 16" aluminum rims on my 2003, 2500HD are looking rough. Tires will need replaced before winter.
Can anyone comment on whether a set of 18" OEM GM "take off" rims/tires from 2011+ would fit correctly?

No, bolt pattern is different.
If you have a line on a good set of late model 18" GMC takeoffs I could use a set from my 2012. I'll be at or over 40k coming into winter on the stock tires and should look at something fresh.

Was looking at some charts online, it shows the bolt pattern is 8x165.1 for both 1967-2004 and 2004 and up.
Now I'm confused!
2010 and older GM 2500/3500 trucks are 8x6.5"
2011+ GM 2500/3500 SRW trucks are 8x180mm
2011+ GM 3500 dually trucks are 8x210mm

I have 4 LT 265/70R18 Michelin LTX A/T LRE off a 2015 K2500 Sierra SLT they have less than 5 miles $800 for set. Also have the aluminum wheels for $500 w/caps & nuts but no sensors.
