Just picked up a 95 Dually 3500 4x4 186kmi clean fleetside and about 70mi into my 120mi drive home the power surged as I gave her some throttle after a brief coast down a slight grade. I backed out for a second and gave her a bit of pedal and she took off like I had stomped her to the wood! only now my foot was not even on the accelerator. I tapped the throttle pedal to the floor a few times and she let go of her mad acceleration and began to surge again, this time she was in some kind of convulsive mode where any throttle I gave her was answered with a 2 seconds on and two seconds off over and over until I pulled over, shut her down for 5 minutes and then fired her back up and drove another 30 miles just fine and then all of a sudden she starts into that throttle surge again.... any ideas?:confused:
