dash motherboard short?

Hello again,
As usual, Murphy was helping me replace a bulb on my auxiliary boost gauge!
When I pulled the bulb out the wires came with it. upon reinstalling the wires they touched.

Current condition:
All dash lights are gone
Light warning buzzer is gone when used w/o key in the ignition.
Insert key and buzzer returns if door open.
Seems everything works except the dash lights.

Ive checked all of the fuses. One was blown (inst cluster), replaced, no changed?
Is it possible to short out the dash motherboard?

Could have done so? Check the printed circuit behind the cluster.

I don't think that would affect the buzzer though?

Fuses behind drivers door all good-fuse 7 IIRC is dash/courtesy lights.
