Radio Lock codes

Okay, I did a stupid thing. Managed to lock up the radio while tracing an electric problem. I had code, but unreadable now. Stopped at a dealer, they want 45.00 to furnish code. Code is the factor default; I am the original owner. Anybody know how to contact GM? I sent email at website, but no reply. Thx, Tim

To bad you got a greedy dealer.. :mad: I have been to the service writer 2 times with diff. gm car and truck and they had a sheet right there. it took them just a couple min. to unlock. One time the actually had to call gm. never charged me..
maybe try another dealer??
