Glow Plug Problem Please Help!!

I have a 96 2500 6.5 the truck starts and tonite i drove it about 5 miles and it died. I turned the key back on and the was no wait to start light and the truck would not start but it did turn over i turned the key back and forth about 20 times got the light and it fired right up about 5 mins later while idling it did it again. Im not sure if its a relay or theres a short somewhere but this problem sucks if anyone has an idea whats wrong please please help me out!

I would first check the PMD/ FSD. Also check all ground wires, especially the ones at back of intake by the glow plug relay. There are a few things that could be bad / wrong. You may also have a bad fuse to the ECM, Good luck.

Thank you im gunna try all the grounds cause i havnt blown a fuse yet.
