Hi!
Help me make a choice!
I have a 6,5 engine from 95 Suburban. But I don't have ehxaust/intake/turbo from this diesel. But I have this parts and 2 heads from Chevy Express. What is better to buy ehxaust/intake/turbo for installation turbo to right or install it in the middle of block?
If install turbo in the middle between heads, I'll have a problem with oil inlet and outlet. Holes in the block, like a bus, there is no in my block.
I would like to hear what everyone thinks about it.

What are you putting the engin into?Are you going to use the electronic injection pump from the 95?
If you were in North America i would say get the parts for the 95.But that might not be so easy were you are.Are both sets of heads good?
You might just have to adapt what you have.The stock parts can be found cheap,but shipping might get expensive.

You're right, shipping of there parts are very expensive. But I have to buy them here. In Russia are many trucks 94-00. Almost all of them are gaz, but sometimes there are diesel. I have Suburban 88 diesel. Of course 6,2. But I want more energy and I want to put 6,5 turbo for that. I want to leave electronic pump I have it and I like its work. But I don't have the pedal and the PMD module. Mechanical pump I have to 6.2. The head of the bus is in good condition. Only no one pre-chamber and one valve.
I like the central mountign of the turbo. This engine is much easier to repair. If I'll can to make up for oil inlet/outlet to the central mountign turbo I'll do it.
But how is it done? Maybe lift the turbo and submit the oil from the pressure sensor. But the oil holes on the central mount turbo there are others. I don't know yet how to do it.
I forgot to say I want to put 4L80. To this transmission was better electronic pump. Or buy a control unit transmission. It's expensive.

I havn't actually seen the center mount turbo.You can get an oil feed from where the oil pressure sensor is mounted,the aftermarket turbo systems got the oil from there.The drain can go anywhere gravity will take it.Valve cover,fuel pump plate,oil pan all have been used by OEM or aftermarket.
There is a problem with space using the 6.5 turbo system on the body style of your suburban.The heaterbox is in the way if you have AC,which some people have modified a S10 box for space.Then the frame gets in the way of the down pipe from the turbo,some have gone around the outside of the frame.

Easy way is to upload the photo to some web host, such as imageshack. then use the img tags to link it in.

Don't know if this is the case here, but some web sites and forums insert code in their photo albums to prevent the direct-linked images from being shown on other web sites. This helps to reduce their server bandwidth (which costs money) when there's little benefit to the host. Jim

If you tried to "hot-link" a photo, it won't be allowed. Most often, copyright issues are involved, and we don't permit that (there's almost no such thing as "public domain"). If you have permission to use an image, from the owner, you may post it here, but not by linking it from another page. You can link the entire page, though. If you tried to attach an image located on your computer and it failed, it was probably too large.

If you own a photo, or have permission to use it, you can upload it to your Photo Album (http://www.thedieselpageforums.com/photopost/index.php), which we provide at no cost to every TDP user. Once an image uploaded to your album, you can link it into any TDP post. The image size restrictions are much more relaxed than for attached images. Yes! But I'm afraid a little. How to get exactly the OPS channel? And I have one more problem. I don't have the tool for
camshaft bearing removal.
