lbz oil dip stick markings

What do the markings on the oil dip stick indicate? Does each "valley" or mark on the dip stick equal one quart? Thanks

Like any typical dipstick the top range is full the bottom is add 1qt approx.

If you are very careful you can drill a small hole between the markings to help you read the stick and verify that it is indeed full. What I have done in the past is drill one at top of range and another at bottom. You could always add one in middle as well. Just make the holes small like 3/32" or so.
