Can someone tell me the size of the oil filter adapter nut on a 95 Suburba 4x4. I need to get a socket for mine.

Just this weekend I finished replacing my oil cooler lines - the oil filter adapter on my 1994 K2500 is 35mm or 1 3/8" - I couldn't find a 35 - the 1 3/8" works.

Yep! It's 35mm. Same socket fits the spindle nuts on the front axles on my 4x4.

Thanks for the reply. I will pick up a socket so I can fix the oil leak and keep others happy. It seems that when anyone sees a few drops of oil they let you know that you might have a major problem.

The OEM adapters are subject to occasional big leaks.
There are three orings within. They are expensive , good quality....

Picked up the 3 O rings today. No to bad.
