95 2500 won't start

I have a 1995 Chevy 2500 6.5L t/d it try's. to start but won't
It has fuel to the injectors :confused: this is my first diesel can someone help me plz

Assuming it turns over but won't fire, check the glow plug controller.

Yes it turns over and the glow plugs r fine
