Hi there its been awhile I am having problems with the 6.5 ageen just had tranny rebuilt and it is hesitating at shifts like it kicks into natural and when you let off it will finish the shift and throws no codes( only at 100% Throttle ) and sometimes when it is cold it acts like it is limp mode it will do 45 with no shifting and I have reverse o almost forgot it is a 4l80e
now the turbo it is saying waste gate solenoid error ( this also only happens at 100% throttle ) to fix that I just replace the solenoid on the turbo as long as I have proper vacuum or is there sum thing else in between the VP and turbo

Your tranny problem is caused by your low power, caused by your turbo/WG issue. Low power, for any reason, will usually cause delayed shifts.
You should have at least 20" vacuum at the pump (25" is ideal). At idle, the PCM and WG solenoid should modulate this to about 15" at the WG actuator. Less than 15" at the actuator results in a weak WG, and low power at higher loads, such as towing or accelerating. The WG solenoid is located on the intake manifold. Unless you have EGR, there should be no other connection to the vacuum pump.
