rings and head studs

I have to choose between a set of chrome rings vs the moly rings on my rebuild, which is the best to use for a truck that will see daily driver use and a truck that will see towing duties plus some daily driving? Does any one know where to come up with a set of studs for the heads or is it a waste of money and time? What is the best bearings to use?

ARP make a head stud kit for these engines. I've heard it makes removing a head somewhat hard while the motor is in the truck. If you ever use ARP fasteners once, you will never use anything else. They are the best!
